We mainly deliver training to companies in the construction sector and to property owners. We take pride in being a safe and flexible partner. Our base is Luleå and we have clients from Stockholm and Gothenburg to Kiruna in the north. In recent years,we have also delivered training to companies in England, Ireland, Finland, Poland and the Netherlands. We provide customized package solutions, combining theoretical and practical exercises. HOT WORKS TRAINING - Hot Works is the collective term for all work performed with tools that emit heat or sparks. Workers who perform these jobs must be certified in accordance with Swedish law and all major insurance companies. After completing the training, the participants receive a certificate from the Swedish Fire Protection Association, a certificate for Hot Works which is valid for 5 years. With the Swedish certificate you can work in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. From June 2023 the Swedish card is the only card valid in Sweden for working with methods defined as Hot Works.

  

FALLPROTECTION TRAINING - Working at high altitudes often entails great risks of accidents, which is the most common cause of death in the construction industry. Fall protection is also relevant when working near any edge, such as near a pit or hole, or performing work on a steep surface. The training corresponds to the Swedish Work Environment regulation for people who are to work at high altitudes. Basic ABC - Advanced - Confined space.

 

MEWP TRAINING (Mobile Elevating Work Plattforms) According the Swedish work environment regulation, AFS 2006: 6 § 29, requires that EVERYONE who uses "Mobile Elevating Work Platforms", from 1 July 2007, must have a documented education that can be proven with a valid certificate of completed education. LLP (Liftläroplanen/MEWP training plan) is developed on the initiative of the industry association Swedish Rental Association, together with the Swedish work environment authority, lift training companies, lift suppliers and inspection bodies. The course follows the standard SS-ISO 18878:2013. The practical part includes machine training and operator training. After passing the course, participants receive a certificate valid for 5 years.


TELEHANDLER OPERATOR TRAINING - Aims to train the participants in the safe use of this special machine. It covers everything from the correct driving techniques and load handling to safety measures to minimize risks when using telehandlers, 1-2-days of training depending on earlier experience. Follows the TLP 10 program and the AFS 2006:5, Swedish work environment regulation. Primary for workers that are operating Telehandlers on construction sites. Content: Risk assessment, safety regulations, traffic regulations, construction, different types of machines, work methods, stability, loads, handling of material and goods, ergonomics, safety check/daily inspection and handling of dangerous goods.

                                                                                                                                                                                              

FORKLIFT/TRUCK OPERATOR TRAINING (Type A,B,C,D) - This comprehensive training is designed to cover all types of trucks, including A, B, C, and D classified trucks. It includes everything from basic truck driving techniques to advanced manoeuvring and loading techniques for different truck types. For all workers using trucks in workplaces and construction sites. Follows the basic guidelines for knowledge and skills of lift truck operators according to TLP 10 program. 



 

SAFE LIFTING / SLINGING TRAINING - A requirement since 2007 according to the Swedish work environment regulation. Safe lifting/rigging training is aimed at those who work with lifting, and focuses on teaching the best methods for performing safe lifting. It covers various techniques, the use of lifting equipment, and safety measures to minimize injuries at workplaces. Target Group: Everyone who works with, plans or leads work where lifting takes place with lifting devices and lifting accessories must have training in safe lifting. Ex. Load switchers, signalman, riggerman, operator of lifting equipment, managers and supervisors who plan and coordinate work with lifting and clients who needs knowledge about the rules and conditions for working with lifting. The risks associated with lifting devices require documented training and a driving licence in accordance with AFS 2006:6, § 29.



Bas-U / Bas-P TRAINING (Construction work environment coordinator) - The training corresponds to the "Swedish work environment authority's" recommendations regarding competence and training content for Bas-P and Bas-U. Target group: Employers responsible for everyone's planning, for a safe workplace. The client must appoint Bas-U and Bas-P who coordinates the work environment responsibility (AFS 1999:3) throughout the construction process, from the beginning to the end. Content: Laws and regulations, work environment plan (AMP), workplace design, building and construction work, roles and responsibilities, systematic environment work (SAM), risk assessment, ergonomics, emergency measures, checklists.


MANUAL HANDLING TRAINING- According to swedish work environment regulation (AFS 2012:2 LOAD ERGONOMICS) as an employer, you must protect your workers from the risk of injury from hazardous manual handling in the workplace. Manual handling means transporting or supporting a load by hand or bodily force. It includes lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving loads. The employer shall arrange the workplace in such a way as to reduce or avoid the risk of the employees suffering from stress problems, especially in the back. The regulations lay out duties for both the employees and the employer. The educations is a 2-4 hour training, with a content of laws and regulations, anatomy, manual handling, ergonomics, overload injury, preventive interventions, risk assessment and good handling techniques.

 

SUPERINTENDENT FLAMMABLE GOODS - According to LBE, the Flammable and Explosive Goods Act (2010: 1011). If the business stores or handles a quantity of flammable / explosive goods subject to a permit, there must be one or more appointed Superintendents (LBE §8, §9). Target group: Persons appointed to act as Superintendents within the business which are responsible for ensuring that handling of the goods are safe and complies with the legislation. Contents: Laws and regulations, systematic fire protection work, properties of flammable goods, the role of the Superintendent, risk assessment, ATEX, supervision, emergency measures.


FIRST AID AND CPR TRAINING - We train staff to be able to perform First Aid and CPR both with and without AED defibrillators. The training meets requirements in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations. The training is of a general nature and is suitable for everyone. Managers and supervisory staff must have sufficient knowledge but must also ensure that employees know how First Aid and crisis support are organized. The participants receive both theoretical and practical exercise. The course is according to the SMABCDE actionplan and the Swedish HLR council guidelines 2021 and the European Resuscitation council guidelines.
